She wanted a tattoo with lots of symbolism. What she got was a badly translated tat with a spelling error.


“Through pain comes love” is what she wanted in French.

“Pain” translated in french should be “douleur” not “douler”

“Grace a douler est amour” actually makes no sense in French or any other language.

Correct translation with proper grammar would of been: “Grace aux douleurs, vient l’amour”

Caitlin might have some outdated translation software on her phone, but she’ll be fine as long as she doesn’t plan any future vacations in Paris.
I mean, who would have noticed…. (Till now)
