A model and nurse by the name of Krestle Lailene Deomampo from Davao City has been making waves on Facebook after posting a smiling picture of herself about to “shoot 28 more birds”—a pun for her job of circumcising 28 more lucky boys at a free circumcision mission at San Pedro National High School.

With her looks and charming smile, Deomampo has drawn the attention of thousands of Facebook users fascinated with her beauty and less-than-appetizing job of surgically removing the foreskin off children’s penises—a process often seen as a rite of passage for every young boy in the Philippines. Not surprisingly, Deomampo has drawn several admirers, mostly men, many of whom have fielded joking requests to be circumcised once again by her; some have even confessed to being uncircumcised adults, asking her to do them the “honor” despite their age.
